As a Thanganat mentor at Dholakia Nirman, I, Jaimish Patel, have spent the past decade nurturing young minds with passion and dedication. This profound realization led me to pursue psychology, culminating in a Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP). My career has been marked by numerous successes working one-on-one with children facing challenges, validating my chosen path and fueling my passion. Today, I channel my expertise and dedication into working with young children, where I find my true calling. Understanding their minds and nurturing their happiness has become more than a profession – it's my life's mission. My comprehensive and inclusive approach, honed through years of practice and fortified by my bachelor's and master's degrees in education, allows me to recognize and nurture each child's distinct strengths while gently guiding them through their limitations. For the past four years at Dholakia Nirman, I, Niraj Vaghasiya, have discovered that my role extends far beyond my official duties, touching the hearts of the children I encounter daily. With over a decade of experience, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring, finding fulfillment in working with energetic and enthusiastic kids whose boundless energy and curiosity inspire me daily. Eager to learn new things alongside them, I have also conducted gratitude sessions for more than 6,500 millennials, helping them cultivate a positive mindset and appreciation for life. My educational background includes a degree in Commerce and honors in Jainism, both of which have significantly contributed to my growth as an individual and educator. Continuously expanding my knowledge and skills through various courses, I am committed to fostering an environment where freedom and curiosity flourish at Dholakia Nirman, paving the way for continuous learning. I am Kinjal Kumar Patel. I have a passion for learning and teaching, and I enjoy working with children which is why I have been associated with an educational institution for the past ten years. Education and management are my passions, with Gujarati and Economics being my favorite subjects. In the DN community, I am enjoying the process of teaching children Gujarati and Social Science through "Learning by Performing" approach. The fundamental aspect of DN, such as helping children showcase their unique talents, providing practical education, and instilling life values, align with my beliefs. My vision to join DN is developing this project into an ideal one and to promote the Gujarati language among children.

I, Mittal Patel, left school as a science scholar and joined Fine Arts for my degree. Being a science student, I chose to become a Visual Artist and worked for 17 years as a graphic designer. This contradiction between my school and college choices tTaught me the biggest lesson later. Which brought me back to the school as a facilitator to give kids the environment that I did not get in my childhood. My own childhood/school experiences are my fuel to constantly be aware to understand kids' needs at various stages. Dholakia Nirman Community has the right environment where I live my passion to work for kids everyday. I love to commit my best everyday and receive the best learnings of life in return:-)

It has been my endeavor to live a life of constant awareness. As a part of that, I have associated myself with Dholakia Nirman Community. My teaching subjects are Mathematics and Science. I always try to teach the concepts in a funny and practical way. I believe students and we all are learning side by side every second from living life.
